I never dreamed the restaurant bug would bite Bubba, but it did. He wanted a restaurant of his own, and right around the time I got the crazy notion I wanted to open a seafood restaurant, Uncle Bubba's was born! We were lucky enough to find a wonderful, beautiful location, right on the coastal marshes, and Bubba went to work! He has been working hard ever since.
He is so proud of this place and so am I, but more importantly, I am so proud of him. I am proud of the brother he is to me, and the businessman he grew up to be. Mama and Daddy would be proud too!
